Widely used in neonatal units around the world, Cuddle Hearts are a beautiful way of connecting and comforting parents and their babies. Once a heart has absorbed the mother's unique scent it is placed close to baby, and in turn the parents keep a heart with them. The hearts are swapped every couple of days to 're-charge' the scent, and are shown to benefit both the baby and parents - including helping mothers with lactation.
These Cuddle Hearts are handmade by our premmie Ethan (with a little sewing assistance from mum!), as he learnt about the hearts and wanted to help make them for other babies who were born early.
Made from the silkiest, soft 100% Cotton to be comfortable against delicate skin, and currently available in 3 colours.
Each set contains 3 hearts, one for baby, one for mum, and a spare for when one needs a wash.
